a life saver
5This works so well and is easy to install, i noticed after using it that my hair got a lot healthier, my scalp is never itchy and my skin got so much softer, it helped a lot with my eczema and dry skin

Super effective
4I live in a part of London with particularly hard water and this has made a huge difference. My hair is so much shinier and doesn’t get greasy as quickly. It’s easier to style too. I noticed a change after the first wash. It was also very easy to set up. I only took off a star because it can become quite expensive as the filter has to be replaced fairly regularly - although that’s probably because I live with 3 friends so we use it quite a lot between all of us. I definitely think it’s worth it, though!

What a difference
5I love my hair and trying new shampoos but I have recently started spending a lot of time in a town with limescale and hard water. Decided to invest in this and all I can say is wow what a difference. My hair feels so soft and sleek. I haven't changed shampoo only started using this. I may even buy one for my home to see if it makes a difference there too

Would Not Recommend
1I thought the reviews saying ‘it doesn’t fit our shower’ would NOT apply to me, given HelloKlean’s hefty claim that very rarely does it not fit the UK showers. Would recommend cheaper and perhaps better alternatives from other companies for more than half the price. Don’t think HelloKlean is worth the big bucks. Low on value for money and convenience.

Essential for Soft Hair
5A water filter is critical for maximising hair softness, and can also help with what you may be perceiving as scalp/hair oiliness, but is actually mineral build up which the filter will prevent. Great product!

Tools required
3For some this may not be relevant, however, I had to get a pipe wrench to fit my filter. Also read the instructions from the brand properly as you’ll need to ensure that your water pressure isn’t too strong (above 80 psi), and you can’t attach if your shower valve is attached to the wall or less than 35mm. Just FYI! :)

VERY happy!
5For the longest time I was looking for an affordable, stylish, easy to install shower filter and then I came across a Hello Klean advert - 100% fit the bill! I live in a hard water area and I always thought about what it was doing to my hair and skin. I decided to give it a go and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my hair - softer and such a great shine to it. My skin isn’t as dry and much softer. Just purchased a filter refill - and will keep doing so!

A gamble
2I think it’s misleading to say it works with most showers - by the time you know whether it works for you, it’s too late. We have a big overhead fixed shower head and a smaller head. It only works with the overhead shower head - so to use the handheld shower head I have to unscrew the hello klean fitting. And of course, that’s the one you use to clean the shower. Certainly won’t replace and can’t recommend. Even if I saw a big difference (and to be fair, I’ve only used it once), it’s far too much hassle.
