Magic!
5Very strong but yet gentle vitamin C serum. After couple of weeks of using noticed dark spots becoming lighter and overall skin complexion became brighter! A must have as most of Glow Recipe productsÂ

Didn’t work for me
3I’ve been using this daily for around 2.5 months. I have sensitive combination skin and this didn’t irritate it at all. However, it didn’t do anything in terms of lightening my PIH marks. I’m going to finish the bottle but won’t repurchase. I have found another product that’s working much better.Â

It genuinely works
4I used to have very dark post acne scars which took a lot of time to fade. After using this product I have been getting compliment from my family how bright and clear my face looks. I was so shocked that it really worked. I have been using this product for nearly six months. My acne scars have been lighten massively but it hasn't completely faded away. But do bear in mind I had very dark acne scars. I think over period of time I believe this product will fade all my acne scars.

non irritating but doesn't do much at all.
2I've had this for two months nearly and been using it every day and sometimes at night to see if increasing the usage would make it work more. This has done nothing really. The only thing I can say is it caused no irritation at all on my sensitive skin which is a bonus. Perhaps that's because it does nothing. I had better and quicker results from the klairs vit c serum for less than half the price!

My new favourite
5I’ve tried many vitamin C serums and this is by far my favourite one as it has multiple types of vitamin C in it and is also fragrance, essential oil and alcohol free. It’s pink in colour which is very different to any other vitamin C on the market, extremely light so it absorbs within seconds. I’ve repurchased and other than the steep price, it’s an effective vitamin C.Â

3I was excited to try this Glow Recipe serum & really wanted to like it. The ingredients all sound wonderful & brightening with the promise of leaving my skin glowing & dewy. Sadly in my opinion this serum did not deliver. I find that it does not hydrate my skin enough & I don’t notice any difference to the brightness of my complexion. I wouldn’t buy this again as there are many other vitamin C serums that I prefer to this one such as the Medik 8 one.Â

evens tone with zero irritation
5Normally vitamin c serums cause irritation straight away and I have never been able to get past 3 uses before abandoning them. I gave this a go because I have bad PIH and generally an uneven skin tone, and seeing that this is supposed to be very gentle (and glow recipe has never let me down), I thought it worth my while. And it really is. I have been using this morning (lots of spf!!!) and evening for only 2 days now but I woke up with (other than the PIH) my skin tone the most even it's ever been. I am staggered at the results so quickly and with zero irritation too. Normally I'd have purging everywhere and little whiteheads popping, up but nada. In fact, my hormonal acne on my chin has calmed down. Will definitely repurchase when I run out and I am excited to see how it lightens my PIH even further!!
