Hair wash
3Smells really lovely but doesn’t lather well and i need to use lots of product in order to cover my hair.Â

Sadly, not very impressed
3I have thick, curly, often fizzy hair so I do require specific products that work hard for these features. Sadly this hair wash did not live up to the hype, but that is probably because of my hair type. Smells lovely but unfortunately not for me.

4I love this shampoo, I found it really softened and hydrated my hair. It also lasted for ages so worth the price tag. I found it best if I shook it before use because it separated a little (toward the end of the bottle) but that could also have been because it was winter and my bathroom went from being hotter than the sun to freezing cold overnight.

Social Media Hype
2I was drawn to this product as it was marketed so well on social media. Note to self, Negins hair is not my hair!! The product does not lather at all when massaged into the scalp and made my hair feel soooo dry!! I’ve haven given it a go a few more times and I just cannot get behind it at all. I use the product with the Gisou conditioner and hair oil which are great products but I wont be purchasing from the brand again.Â

Build up
1Even though this product smells amazing, the build up on your scalp is ridiculous, it scrapes off in clumps no matter how hard you try to scrub. I stopped using conditioner because this makes my hair so waxyÂ

Basic day to day hairwash
3There's a reason it's called hairwash instead of shampoo. It smells nice, but the lovely smell doesn't stay on your hair for long unfortunately. It's also a good wash if you wash your hair often because it's very gentle and doesn't cause dry scalp. I wish it was a but more foamy, but overall a good basic hairwash.

For thin hair
5I have oily scalp and thin dry hair.. Though it does not help much with oily scalp.. It definitely leaves the hair clean and shiny.. Looking healthy.. This is my 2nd purchase..

Weighed my hair down
1When blow drying my hair after using this shampoo it felt waxy like there was still a lot of product in my hair.

It’s ok nothing special
3It dries my hair and afterwards my hair is difficult to manage cause they get tangled. It only happens when I use this shampoo. Won’t repurchase again. On the hunt to find the perfect shampoo for my fine, frizzy, oily scalp and dry ends.

Wouldn’t use another brand after this
5I absolutely adore Gisou. I discovered the brand just over a year ago before it was sold in Cult Beauty and I love everything about it. This shampoo is like a god send for me. My hair has a tendency to feel coarse and straw like no matter what I do with it, and it always feels stripped with any shampoo. However this shampoo really nourishes my hair and scalp. My hair feels clean, but not stripped. And the smell is just unreal!
