May well be user error but I could not use this. Couldn’t get a nice shape of curl or wave, and if I did it didn’t hold more than a few minutes. Decided to just stick to curling with my ghd straighteners

I do find working with tongs rather tricky and have never been very skilled with this particular styling tool but I love the effect when I get it right with this set. I'll master the curl if it kills me!!!

I've tried quite a few curlers and different heat tools and I can honestly say ghd is the best, my curls/waves actually last with this and because of the temperature it isn't damaging to hair like other brands (would still use heat protect of course), my hair is 2b/c and can be a bit fussy with being styled but the style actually lasts using this, just wish I hadn't wasted my money with all the other tools I bought before this!
