Like magic!
4This really is an exceptional product, I have always suffered from dry and cracked lips all year round, one of my earliest memories is my parents turning the car around so I could collect my forgotten lip balm from home! These days, I use various balms through the day, including the Advanced lip therapy balm from this range, and a lip mask at night. However, this is an absolute must before applying lip colour each day for me. It truly does instantly smooth your lips to a perfect canvas, it's obviously not going to heal cracks, but it leaves absolutely no flakes or chapped areas - I have no idea how it does it, but it works! The only reason I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is the applicator, the dropper doesn't really work well given the viscosity of the product, it would work better as a solid glass wand, which mine basically is now since the dropper stopped working after a few uses so I just swipe it on. Nevertheless, this is one of those products where I need to always keep a backup so I know I won't run out unexpectedly!

Keep the lips smooth & primed
5This is a lovely option to use daily to keep the lips free of any buildup or flaking and always have them looking and feeling their best, perfect for date night prep, before a night out and daily or used every few days to maintain smoother lips. If you are seriously dry and chapped lips you're gonna need a little more: a lot more water being consumed, maybe a little physical lip scrub, this, then lip balm. But lightly apply this in the morning then your favourite lip balm. Another great use for this is also as a cuticle scrum to help maintain softer cuticles.

Such a clever product
5This treatment is amazing for smoothing uneven texture on lips and it is so satisfying to use. It can be used as an alternative to a lip scrub so perfect if you have really dry, flaky skin on your lips that you want rid of. This followed by Fresh Sugar Lip Serum Advanced Therapy is the best base for lipstick and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Saved my lips, god send!!
5Another lip balm ruined my lips. It wrinkled them and left them so dry that I couldn’t smile or open my mouth wide enough to eat and it turned my lips black. This beauty saved me. I was able to open my mouth again and do simple tasks I’ve taken for granted and has helped ease the irritation a little bit. My lower lip is slowly turning pink and the blood clot I had has finally gone, but I’m not sure if it’s the fresh lip drops or my body healing itself but either way, this is a miracle product and it saddens me that I wasn’t able to use it before my lips were ruined to see how the results would’ve been on normal lips. Please Cult don’t ever remove this from your site it’s the only thing that’s helping my lips recover, I am in tears.

Best lip product ever
5I have always had extremely dry, cracked, peeling, chapped lips! I have tried a wide range of products, and my overall experience has been short lived moisture but lips are essentially even drier. This product was not like that! Since starting to use this morning and evening, my lips are perpetually soft! The amount of comments I have is astounding, but I am never seen without chapped lips. This product is a game changer! I ran out and didn’t use it for a week, but my lips are still soft! It changed everything. I will never stop using this product. It’s the best thing I’ve bought for my lips by far!

Unreal!
5I started by being gifted the Advanced Therapy balm and I loved it so much I bought the Advanced Therapy Serum. Just when I thought Fresh Lip Care couldn't do any better, I find this little gem. Instant results, my dry lips became super soft and hydrated in seconds. The product is so light and not oily like I imagined it to be. It absorbs within 20 seconds and makes my lip line look more defined and smooths out the wrinkles. You only need a little drop at a time too, so the bottle will last a while. Absolutely obsessed with this!

Surprisingly disappointing
1I have normal lips but I wanted that extra moisture. When I first applied it, it felt great momentarily but after a few days it started chapping my lips so much! Very disappointed with this product.

Saviour Product!
5Because I'm constantly biting my lips, they are always so dry/cracked. While sugar exfoliants are okay, I was curious to try a liquid one. I'm happy I tried this, it instantly smooths your lips! I was shocked to feel how nice my lips were after this. It smells (and tastes) great too. I will add, you definitely need to put a lip balm on afterwards as this doesn't do anything hydration-wise. I wish the bottle was bigger because I see myself always needing this! Great purchase. :-)

5Aunt Jackie brought me here, she said this was it and I listened! I find this product to be really good for smoothness and exfoliation, I especially like how thin it is. Nice smell, too. Although it should be noted that this product does not provide hydration, I probably shouldn’t have been expecting that either?
