5Does it provide long hydration? No. Does it provide a good price to value ratio? No. But it smells and feels so so good on the lips...that I want them all :-)

Favourite lip balm
5This is the only lip balm aside from Carmex that actually repairs my naturally cracky, dry lips. While Carmex usually stings and tingles, this balm is far more nourishing and it's a lot thicker in texture. I use the peach-scented one and it's a very subtle but refreshing scent and has the slightest of tints. Honestly, the balm itself is perhaps the best on the UK market. I don't want to be without it.

Meh
3Was desperate to try this after all the hype. Safe to say I'll stick to my Nuxe balm. This balm smells nice, has a nice colour and texture but that's about it. Doesn't last long or provide long term moisture. Will be using it up but definitely not repurchasing at this price.

Yum!
5I love the caramel lip balm. I use it every day prior to applying my makeup and it leaves my lips so soft and supple. I’ve been using this for years and will continue to do so. I am tempted to try the coconut next so just waiting to finish the two lip balms I’m currently using.

Underwhelming
2With all the hype around this lip balm and the hefty price, I was expecting something more. Most disappointing was the packaging, my lip balm arrived with the product leaking out and most of it on the lid... not the condition you would want a luxury product to arrive in. The caramel scent was a bit of a let down as instead it's got more of a lemon/citrusy smell to it. This is no doubt moisturising, but I think a lot of other high-end brands create better lip balms for lower prices.

The best lip balm ever!
5This is my holy grail lip balm, so worth the £15 price tag. Fantastic to use under matte lipsticks/liquid lipsticks as it keeps your lips moisturised all day. I’m on my second pot of caramel, and I cannot wait to try the coconut one once I’ve ran out. Thank you Fresh, can’t wait to try more of your skincare!

Very nice!
4It is very nice in texture, very pleasant to smell - although it doesn’t smell like caramel - more like an orange. The only bad thing is it doesn’t last long.
