Squeaky clean and non-stripping
5This is the perfect cleansing balm. It's non fragranced and super gentle on the skin but removes every trace of the day with minimal effort. My skin feels so supple and soft after using. Will certainly be repurchasing.

Great consistence
5Really enjoyed this balm, it spreads easily when solid, and washes off easily when adding water. I like that it doesn’t melt in the pot even when the bathroom gets warm.Â

On my 3rd tub!
5I rarely buy the same product twice as there's always something new out there but this is my holy grail make up remover. Gentle. Smells nice. Main thing - does not leave residue! I got so fed up of feeling like I had a film on my fave from balm cleansers that I nearly gave up but this is different and I love it.

Decent
4Tried this as a slightly cheaper alternative to the 'Then I Met You' balm cleanser. Whilst I prefer the other one, this does a perfectly decent job. I just find that my overly sensitive skin responds better to the other balm cleanser, but would happily use this up.

The best cleansing balm
4I’ve tried numerous cleansing balms and this is the best! I use it after removing my eye makeup as a first step of face cleaning. I think one could only use the balm, but I want to make sure all of the sunscreeen comes off in the evening. There is no oily feeling or nothing left on the skin. Both the scented and unscented work really well!

Lovely Cleansing Balm!
5This cleansing balm is so good at removing makeup! I use a small amount with the spatula and it removes almost all of my makeup in one go! For optimal removal I add a bit of water to emulsify which removes the rest of my makeup! Not extremely scented either like some others I’ve tried!

Great for even waterproof mascara
5This is a great cleanser that takes off the vast majority of my waterproof mascara. I use it as a first cleanser as this definitely requires something none oil based to remove all the residue, but I think it leaves less residue than other balm cleansers. Definitely recommend for combination skin.

Excellent cleanser
5I use this as the first of a double cleanse, adore that it has no scent so doesn’t irritate my eyes. I don’t think it does the best job at removing waterproof mascara, but it’s good enough!
