Gentle
4I received a small tube of this is some sort of edit box. I was a bit nervous as my skin had been really sensitive but it was gentle and clarifying

Lovely, but no scent
4The colour is vibrant and cheerful and the texture is very smooth. Did a good job with dissolving makeup and sunscreen and didn’t break me out like some other oil cleaners do. It barely has any scent, which comes as a bit of a disappointment for Elemis lovers.

A lovely product
4I have used a few pots and tubes of this and am never disappointed. Value for money with this one (even more so if you can get a discount) is so good. I believe my first pot lasted over 3 months (used as a first cleanse PM) I do with it smelt like papya or something fruity but appreciate why it isn't. While I still think the original balm is better this one is fabulous and would happily use it over and over!

Love this cleanser
5I absolutely love this cleaner. I use it as the first step in my nighttime skincare regime and follow up with a gentle foaming cleaner. This product does a great job of gently getting rid of make up and sunscreen after a long day.

Not bad not good
3Mild scent, make up is removed but the texture is light. I recommend pro collagen cleansing balm from elemis, in case you can’t decide.

Does nothing - but at least not harmful
1I have sensitive skin and eyes so needed something gentle for a first cleanse. The texture is like spreadable margarine which is fine but it literally does nothing - doesn't seem to breakdown any makeup and doesn't touch mascara (even non-waterproof). At least it doesn't make my skin flare up but kind a useless.

Meh
3Works ok as a cleanser and removes make up ok, but not as nice smelling as I hoped, so not the experience I was hoping for. Wish I’d spent the extra tenner for the pro-collagen.

Amazing!
5This is now my favourite cleanser, it melts away a whole face of make up with ease. No more scrubbing my face trying to remove eye makeup. Leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh with a lovely dewy glow!

4Love this balm. It’s so good at removing makeup and sunscreen. Doesn’t irritate my eyes. No breakouts. Smells amazing. Ticks all the boxes except I wish it was cheaper so deducting a star for the price.
