Has some downsides
3I received 10ml sample of the product with my order and was happy to try it. I have an itchy scalp that sometimes flakes so a good scrub is always appreciated. I was hoping that the amount in the tester would be sufficient for 2 uses but I ended up using the entire 10ml to feel like I actually covered everything well. It feels nice when you rub the product in but then it immediately starts to sting a lot - I suppose that's the AHA/BHA working but it was quite unpleasant and I couldn't last the entire 10 mins as recommended. Another downside for me was the fallout of the small scrub particles when applying and rubbing in - they got everywhere, on my face and chest, shoulders and top. You have to be careful so that no particles go in your eyes - they are super small and fly everywhere. I gotta say it rinsed off easily and my hair felt nice after it, refreshed and clean, which is the point. I'm 50/50 for purchasing the full size as I think it works okay but the stinging and the messy application process are a turn off. Hope this (maybe too) long review of my thoughts help other customers decide.

Może przez gęstą konsystencję nie jest najłatwiejszy do nałożenia, ale później włosy są bardzo miękkie, a skalp już po pierszym razie uspokoił się. ***I received a sample of this product. This is the only Drunk Elephant product so far, which made a very good impression on me. Maybe due to the thick consistency it is not the easiest to apply, but later the hair is very soft, and the scalp calmed down after the first time.

Clean Scalp
5I have flakey, itchy ,bumpy scalp. This product works from the first use itself. very satisfied with the product, and ordered again, after all health scalp leads to health hair maybe, well I am no expert.

Effective
4I always use the Goop salt scrub before shampooing as I only wash my hair once a week. I used this instead, the texture is like a gel with sand grains so very good to lift impurities from the scalp, it’s also mixed with the acids although I couldn’t feel these at all (no tingling/stinging etc.). I followed up with the new glossing shampoo and conditioner and hair was very soft and fresh afterwards. For reference I have thick/coarse/bleached hair which normally leans on the highly unmanageable side!
