Amazing stuff!
5Amazing product! I usually wouldn’t spend anywhere near £75 on skincare but it’s so worth it. My pores look completely transformed and overall smoother texture.

Don't waste your money
1I bought this to help with the texture on my forehead and cheeks. I've been using this almost every night for a month and there is literally no difference. It's not a bad product in itself, it hasn't given me any bad reaction, but it's just massively overpriced for very little results.The claim that you will see a difference basically overnight just isn't true. A month later and my texture is still the same and it did nothing in terms of helping prevent or treat my hormonal breakouts. If it was cheaper I would say give it a go, what hasn't worked for me may work for you. However it's just too expensive to waste money on, I really would recommend just looking for a cheaper alternative. I think a lot of the hype around Drunk Elephant is to do with the packaging/marketing, not the actual efficacy of the products.

I don't get it
3It's a beautifully formulated serum and it does what it is supposed to do. However, I can't get over the price tag. Considering there are SO many good alternatives out there (Paula's Choice for instance), I don't get it.

5I have been using this serum at night for 4 weeks now, and I am really enjoying it! the texture is very silky and absorbs quickly although its does leave a slight sticky feeling - not a problem for me as I layer my moisturiser on after it! my pores visibly reduced after the first night and have continued to look smaller and my complexion clearer - my usual breakouts have been extremely reduced and any spot thats do appear seem to already be dried out and healing as soon as they arrive. I had no tingling or issues incorporating this into my routine (my first regular acid), although I should mention I do not have sensitive skin (but I am prone to hormonal acne.) only down side its the price! I would suggest getting the mini first to see if you like it!

3I really wanted to love this product. I have clear skin except for one cheek where I suffer from slight acne. I’ve been using this for four weeks now and there’s no difference. I enjoy putting it on and using it but I really can’t see a difference at all. My skin looks slightly brighter but it won’t clear up your acne, well it didn’t for me anyway. The Ordinary will do similar products for a massive price difference. It might just be my skin and could work amazing on other people but after using for four weeks I would’ve liked to have seen a noticeable difference. If anything my spots have gotten worse.

5I love this product since using it my skin has improved so much! I have always been very lucky with my skin and I have no problems with breakouts. acne, scaring, but I do suffer with oily skin and some texture, but since using this at night alongside the Marula oil, I have noticed my skin is so much smoother and my skin is less oily. Although it is very expensive I think it probably is over priced and you could probably find a cheaper alternative that does just as good a job, but I love the brand, their packaging and how good and clean their ingredients are. I did buy the littles bundle before purchasing the full size as it is so expensive, I love this product and would recommend it. It’s worth the splurge!

My first (proper) experience with a chemical exfoliant
5I have sensitive, dry skin and chemical exfoliators have always terrified me. I have tried another brand before and after 3 uses my skin was so red and sore I just gave up. However, this came in the DE 'The Littles' bundle I bought so I took the plunge and just went for it starting off every other night and mixing it with the Marula Oil and Protini. My skin was SO soft and brighter after like 4 days, I couldn't believe it so I carried on using it. After about 2 weeks 'the purge' happened. Despite having a continuous problem with breakouts (always at least 5 spots on my face) I hadn't ever experienced a purge because I had never consistently exfoliated! It started with a load of little bumps around my mouth / chin then all hell broke loose on my forehead (where I get most of my oil). These aren't like proper spots, they are small red bumps, sometimes tiny whiteheads and they clear within like 2-3 days so I knew it wasn't a reaction. I stuck with it and things are really improving! I would say just don't freak out if your skin has a wobble - it probably won't happen to everyone and it could be a reaction for some, but for me it was just my skin pushing a bunch of yuck to the surface finally!
