Cult Beauty refuse to replace faulty pump

I loved these two items but shortly after using the moisturiser the pump stopped working. The item is 90% full and I can’t get a drop out! Cult beauty are refusing to replace the item despite this. For this reason I cannot recommend them!

I bought this for the babyfacial. Never had an interest in the cream because it's just a cream, who cares, right? Surprisingly fell in love with the cream! It's lovely and is so great when I've gone crazy with the exfoliators. It stings the least and feels the kindest to my skin when it's suffering. Amazing value for the set and loved the packaging too! No regrets.
