Absolutely love
5I’ve used this only a couple of times and already noticed my skin more supple and hydrated. I suffer from breakouts and have been hammering the acids to try and get glowy skin just to be left with a broken skin barrier. This product is so soothing. New staple.

I love this!
5Great essence. Really helps out sore, problem skin and is super hydrating for any skin type! It didn’t break me out and I think it really improved texture. I don’t have bad skin as such, but it can be dehydrated yet congested around nose and chin. The smell people are complaining about truly isn’t that bad. Due to the probiotic ingredients, there is perhaps a slight yeast-y smell. I have such a strong sense of smell and it does not bother me. It doesn’t linger either.

Will buy again, again and again
5I tried a lot of hyaluronic acids... The Ordinary (too sticky), Versed (ok but not amazing), Dr Sturm (marvellous but too expensive) and this essence is the only that calms my dry skin without striping my bank account.

5It doesn't smell bad on my skin. I think it can be individual characteristics. This product accelerates the healing of post-acne.

Not good
1It's hydrating and the bad smell it has goes away quickly so I didn't mind it, BUT it made my skin produce a lot more oil than usual which resulted in whiteheads. Not good for sensitive skin.

Skincare workhorse
5I liked this a lot! (For reference: late 20s, fair oily/combo skin) I purchased the smaller size that last approx 4/5 months. The essence feels smooth and silky in your palms and sinks in quickly, although at times it felt a little tacky (but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a layer of moisturiser).No quick fixes here, but I definitely think my skin overall is more hydrated and balanced, and I've noticed less hormonal breakouts. As mentioned the smell (a bit kombucha/natural yoghurt - from the biome!) is a little of putting but not unpleasant. Also the brand are not cruelty free. I would buy this again in future, although not being cruelty free does put me off. Next I want to try the May Coop Raw Sauce, but Dr Jart has set the bar!

Gorgeous product
5During lockdown I wanted to step up my beauty regime. I was already doing a weekly peel and mask but after researching K-beauty I wanted to invest in an essence and this came out as recommended on a few searches. I'm so glad I got it! It made a huge difference for me. I sprinkled it into the palm of my hand and patted into my face. It soaked in quickly, left skin feeling soft and looking plump and dewy. My face immediately felt hydrated and after a month of use I havent had dry skin patches which I regularly had before. Well, thats not true, I have had dry patches but only when i've been slack and not used this product for a week so that tells me this product really does benefit me. I have been converted and essence is now a vital part of my skin care regime. Would totally recommend this. It's a small bottle but you dont use much product at once so its lasted me a few of months there abouts.
