Eye lift: after applying the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel), move from the nose towards the lower corner of the eyebrow, following the cheekbone; circle around the eyebrow; move the electrode upwards at the centre of the forehead until the hairline. Repeat on each side for 3-5 minutes each.
Plump Lips: after applying the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel) around the lips, start below the nose towards the lips corner. Repeat above and below the lips, 2 minutes on each side above the upper lip, 2 minutes on each side below the lower lip.

Pro facial tool
This is the first such facial tool/device I have used before so I am unable to say how to compares to other RF and EMS devices. That said, a month in and I love this tool! Although it's early days, initial results are promising- my overall face is already starting to appear 'fresher' without looking like you have had work done! Design wise, the device is light in weight and well designed so it sits neatly into your hand whilst gliding effortlessly over facial contours. The compact gold plated head is hygienic, easy to clean, and allows you to get right into the crevices (!) without issue. An added bonus is that the device is very simple to use and charge (USB cable and/or adaptor) and comes with an easy how-to-guide of recommended facial workouts. Moreover, no app is required to use the device - you just charge and go with a simple on/off button which also controls the intensity settings.

Fun to use. Strange sensation but quite pleasant. Tingles slightly more or less in some areas. Relaxing. Only time will tell if it does anything. Not disappointed.

Precision tool
I bought this to focus on lifting the smaller areas of my face such as lips and eyes and forehead. It's early days but I like the robustness of the tool.

It’s smaller than I expected. I have my nuface and this is more delicate I’d say. It’s better for around your eyes and perhaps targeting these smaller areas. You can feel it working and of course you need some kind of a gel to use with it.Â

Sadly not.
This is a very nicely made product. It feels very high quality. Sadly it’s not good for me. It doesn’t cover a big area so while it’s good for lips or other small areas it doesn’t do cheeks or jawbone well. For this price there are better options available.Â

Instant Sculpt!
This tool is amazing. I love how small it is, so it's really easy to get into the grooves of the face. I've tried other contouring tools before and haven't noticed a difference, however this one I definitely noticed a more defined cheek bone after a couple of uses! I also love that you can't feel any shocks like with other tools and it glides really easily along the skin. Definitely worth the investment.
