Great moisturiser, terrible packaging
3I love this moisturiser BUT so annoyed they put a really thick cream in a pump action bottle - it's impossible to get all the product out and you end up wasting at least a quarter of it. Not buying again because of this.

Happy Skin!
5It's beautifully rich, yet extremely lightweight on the skin. It melts in and leaves me feeling juicy and plump. It instantly soothes and calms my skin and leaves me with a healthy radiance and clarity. My redness is completely gone and my skin feels perfectly hydrated. It looks healthy and feels balanced = happy skin!

Skin loving Hydration!
5I've only just started using this, in conjunction with the One Serum and truly believe they are the magic combo!! My skin needed some TLC after going to heavy handed with all the spot treatments, and this combo has not only cut my redness down by 80%, but its so hydrated it! Helping to heal my angry skin and has even plumped it up! I couldn't be happier.

Lovely but packaging…
4My sensitive and acne prone skin really loves this cream. It’s really helped to improve the appearance of my skin. The packaging is not good though. This type of cream is too thick to work with a pump so when it starts to near to the end, the pump stops pumping cream out despite there being a lot of product left. I have to open the top and use a Q-tip to scrap out the product. It’s also quite expensive and so annoying that the packaging is not suited to the product.

So nourishing but zero grease
4This is a great calming cream that I genuinely look forward to putting on my face. It's not greasy despite being a thick cream, which works perfectly for my oily skin teamed with sensory issues! I hate the heavy greasy feeling but this moisturiser suits that so well. A pleasure to use! One star knocked off because I agree with the others, the packaging doesn't quite suit the product as it's a bit too thick for the narroe pump, it kind of just splutters cream onto your hand.

4I've bought several of these and whilst I love the product, so much is wasted in the bottle. It should have an airless pump. Less aesthetically pleasing but much more practical and better value for money. Very calming and moisturising though.

Great cream
4This moisturiser is a great straight forward face cream, it doesn’t sting, goes on well under makeup and at night and O think my skin is happier for it. However- the packaging is terrible! The cream is so thick it cannot be pumped out of the bottle, it would be more suited to a jar, which I have now put mine in. For the price this shouldn’t be an issue.Â

4A lovely cream that sensitive, red, irritated skins will love. My rosacea skin drank it up. I’ve put it on Seborrheic dermatitis on my nose and hairline and it stopped the itch and irritation. I’d love to buy another, but please please fix the packaging. I understand a plastic tube probably won’t fit your company ethos, but how about an aluminium tube or glass pot with spatula? The product is simply too thick for the pump to reach. I have half a bottle left and have to resort to poking it with a cotton bud!Â

5I have tried numerous creams/serums/cleansers/toners to try and combat my red, raw and spotty (the tiny little spot kind) and this is the only product that has seriously improved my skin. I still have slight red marks on my cheeks but my nose is no longer looking like rudolph and I finally have (mostly) clear skin but best of all there is no pain in my skin when touched! I didn't hold out huge hope but this seriously works, it took about half a week to see real results but after using this for 2 weeks my skin hasn't looked this 'normal' in years. The only negative is the bottle shape and dispenser, it's thick cream so could really do with a bottle or tube that would help you extract the last of the product especially considering the price point but it's still 5 stars from me 🌟

4So the thing is, the actual cream is amazing, it's a 5 star product and I'll get into that in a minute, however... the bottle is awful, and it's a spendy product so that matters even more! I'm not sure if this is true for the 60ml, sadly I just can't justify dropping the cost of the 60ml on myself just like that even though I love the product - but the 15ml bottle is so badly designed! The product itself is thick so a pump bottle isn't ideal for it, but also the tube for the pump is very short, meaning that it starts to jam with the thick product fairly early on through use and then can't reach the last 1/4 of the bottle at all... currently trying to find a solution but anything I do is ultimately going to be kinda unhygienic, prodding around the bottle with whatever I can use to get the rest out. So. Terrible bottle, and really, a product that is probably better suited to a squeeze tube. Rant over, that's the only reason I've detracted a star. I tried the trial kit and, with steep prices half in mind, when I'd finished I immediately bought minis of the gel cleanser and this. If I had the money, I'd buy the whole lot, full size. If I had the money to buy -one- full size, I'd buy this. It's brilliant. I've long had really red skin that used to make me cry, and this has been a game changer. Yes, I'm still slightly pink, but since using this range my redness has decreased 80% and this balm does wonders. My base level of irritation and redness has calmed down so much, but I still use this to maintain it and I think it's still improving my skin. When my skin was very red I'd put this on and it would calm down within minutes, it was like it swept the redness away. Over the last few weeks of using this, it's less dramatic because the redness I assumed was just part of my life has faded away, I don't wake up and shower and start to get redder and redder. When I started using it, I thought the almost immediate calming of redness was a miracle, but the long-term effects are even better. I still flush or my skin gets irritable sometimes and make sure to use this if I do, and it just calms it down immediately. It's brilliant, my skin loves it, I wish I could work out what my skin loves in this range so I can buy every product with it in. I will try and repurchase this as much as I can given the price, I love this product and it's one of the greatest game changers I've ever used - but that bottle needs to be improved!
