I don't think this is for me

Since my face hates oily textures and tends to sweat off anything heavier than the most feather-light products in the hot weather, I really wanted this to be The One. When I applied a test spray to my arm, I found it spread well and the slightly oily feel dried down eventually to a nice dewy finish with a comforting sunscreen scent. On my face, however - following package instructions, I still had to use my fingertips after spritzing to ensure even coverage, and then MY EYES. Now, I have pretty sensitive eyes, but most of the time if a product bothers them, it stings for a few minutes, I might shed a tear, and then I'm good to go. But oh god, my eyes sting so bad with this - and yes, I did close my eyes as tightly as directed on the box. After about 30 minutes of sitting with my eyes shut to try and wait/cry out the irritation, I had to just wash it entirely off my face, and my eyes are still stinging and crying 20 minutes later. I might try just spraying it into my hands and applying everywhere but my eye area, but I worry that it's just going to make them react again if it's anywhere near. For nearly £40, I'd hoped I'd at least be able to use it, you know? Maybe it's back to just staying out of the sun forever for me.

Stunning and simple

If you're inclined to sweatiness during the summer (read: the Central Line in mid July), you will fall in LOVE with this product. Casting a fine spritz over the face, it's the skin care equivalent to a cool breeze. Absolutely adore and would highly recommend to anyone who feels any discomfort around facial sweat in those warmer months.
