Awful
1I’ve just used this plus the conditioner for the first time and it has left my hair feeling really lank and greasy. There was no lather at all even tho it says there will be (I guess as it’s free of everything) and the conditioner felt very thin and un-hydrating. I have thick, quite dry hair which needs so much moisture.  An expensive mistake that I won’t be repeating!Â

Great
5It really is super hydrating. I have fine, very dry damaged hair and this shampoo really helps. Also, it lathers up really nicely but doesn’t feel harsh on the hair. Loved it (and love their mask as well).Â

Genuinely terrible, I’ve never had itchy scalp before this!
1I’ve used their deep conditioning mask and figured it would be a great option to try instead of my normal olaplex, especially as my partner has curly hair too and it’s meant to be a good brand for curly hair. It made his dandruff worse than ever and it made his curls matted and dry. His scalp was so itchy it was unbearable and even for myself, who has never suffered with dry scalp or itching ever, had dandruff and sore spots! It’s just terrible. Stick to olaplex don’t waste your money.Â

Just right for fine, frizzy hair
5I have tried many shampoos for my fine, frizzy/curly hair over the years and this is just right for me. Where brands like Olaplex did literally nothing for me, this cleanses without stripping and my hair is genuinely conditioned. This is a brilliant discovery. (Works best with the conditioner and Elixir which is fab).

Not worth it
1Had been excited to try this and the conditioner.. the only thing that’s great is the packaging and the smell. The shampoo was poor to lather up and my hair was super greasy the next day when I can usually go 3-4 days between shampooing. My hair is long and can be quite dry so thought this would be a great find. I’ll be going back to Olaplex.

Worth the Wait and the Hype
5Even though the hair mask from this brand is considered by many (at CB towers at least) an 'OG' of haircare I had shied away from trying it, thinking that my fine hair wouldn't be able to take the weight. Having been proved wrong about that (thanks to a checkout sample) I was intrigued to trial the shampoo and conditioner and I have to say I am really thrilled with the results. It definitely makes my hair feel nourished, shiny and just a bit more like I can achieve the kind of swish you usually only see on TV in slow motion and in a rare event I like the shampoo and conditioner equally, so both winners for me!
