Falsies effect
5Very nice one! Got this as a free sample and really loved it and now ordered the full version <3 I have to say my all time favorite is the YSL's Faux Cils but this one takes the cake. It's not the blackest black but if you take some time to reaaaally feather it out, it creates very fluttery, voluminous lashes. I don't need two coats but my lashes are pretty decent from the get go. I will say I tend to insist on the lashes until the product buildup creates the effect that I want and this formula allows for that. Also compared to the YSL one it doesn't transfer to my brow bone where I tend to get oily throughout the day, no matter what primer I slap on. Really nice everyday mascara! For special stuff I might reach for my YSL though to get the blackest black

Clumpy and flakey
2I’m not a fan of this mascara at all. While it makes my lashes look quite fluffy and full, It’s flakey, clumps easily and even with a thin layer my face was covered in flakes of mascara. I really expected better considering the price.

Not bad at all
4Great mascara, really blackens the lashes, it doesn't stick my lashes together and for me, it does make my lashes look a lot longer since I have the tiniest lashes in the world. The only thing I find really frustrating is that a lot of product comes out with the wand and you can get messy really easy.

Not a fan!
2Got a free sample of this with a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick. Doesn't give much definition and tends to clump. However, its less staying power than other non-waterproof mascaras.

Favorite!
5Currently my favourite mascara. It does not clump or smudge. I often use one coat of mascara right after curling my lashes, then apply my eye make up and then give my lashes another coat... with this mascara I never had any clumping doing so!

Amazing
5My favourite mascara. Leaves my lashes looking very long and volumised, almost false looking. It did take me a few tries to get used to the wand but well worth the money. I have repurchased this mascara and will continue to in the future.

My fave luxury mascara
4I didn’t realise how good this was until I tried some other luxury mascaras. This is the bomb! Buildable lashes, they separate nicely and look clean too, not like a scraggly mess, I get compliments on my lashes when I wear it. Only giving this 4/5 because it’s not waterproof.

A heavy mascara
2The brush is very large and wet, and it rubs against the lids very easily. Do not like it at all.

5This is my favourite mascara - I have quite short lashes, but it gives them length and curl. I have just switched back to it after a brief flirtation with the Nars Climax mascara - which unfortunately did nothing for my lashes. Now I'm back using CT’s mascara and really loving how dramatic they make my lashes look. I will be repurchasing again.
