A good double cleanser, but...
3I recieved a sample of this cleanser and tried it only once. Even though it is a decent cleanser I've had some problems with it. My skin is sensitive and I have a mild rosacea on my cheeks, and while applying second step which is charcoal cleanser I've experienced a slight burning sensation and when I washed the product off and patted my skin dry my cheeks were red, visibly aggravated and blotchy. I've never had such a reaction to a cleanser before. Not sure which ingredient caused such a reaction, but I would advice caution to those who have sensitive skin and/or rosacea.

So clean.
5I really love these, I have been using for a month and they have cleared my skin up. I love the smell and texture of both. Skin feels so smooth after use and so clean. I use every nite and still, plenty left. Will definitely buy again

Fantastic product, leaves my skin feeling fresh
5Brilliant set of products. Leaves my skin feeling fresh and completely free of any makeup residue. I’ve seen an improvement in the general condition of my skin since using both of these cleansers.

The Cleanest Clean
5I can honestly say this is the best cleanser I have tried for getting every last trace of make up off. This does not break me out which is rare for me. The charcoal mask sometimes leaves my face a little red but does not hurt and quickly calms down. I do have very sensitive skin but like I said it doesn’t bother me.

Good but nothing special
4I got a tester and I do really like these. The first step turns into an oil quickly without excessive rubbing which I like. It did remove waterproof mascara and heavy makeup effortlessly. It also emulsified quickly. The second step removed the residue well and wasn't overly stripping on my dryish skin. However they are quite expensive for what they are. I would recommend if you love Charlotte Tilbury but you can definitely find the same products for cheaper

Cleanest clean of all cleaners
5We all know that cleansing comes in twos! Just when a skin junkie thinks they have found the ultimate cleanser this comes out! Pros: 1. This is sold as a power couple and power it is. 2. Literally everything is removed except your natural youthful moisture from your skin. Cons: 1. the Charcoal Cleanse can smell a little chemically and feel prickly but no damage done at all. Overall for the price the result and the brand this is deffo a new go-to fav product

Simply the best
5This lovely smell of melting oil and the touch of the pad on your face, fresh and clean skin that endlessly thank you out loud every day, and you who feel exactly like a goddess. Can anything be better than this? Just love it and hope that won`t ever change my mind.

Remover that works
5I am 65 years of age and have used every brand you can imagine. This make up remover is quite simply excellent. Not a spot of make up on the towel and mascara free face in the morning. And your skin feels so soft .
