Poor packaging leading to waste
35 star for the product. 1 star for the packaging. Third purchase of this serum. The product is fantastic. Really hydrating. My skin loves it and I can tell when I haven’t used it. BUT. The pipette is useless. Meaning I have to bang the product out on my hand so there is loads of wasted product meaning that the awesome price of this is not so awesome. Please PLEASE improve the pipette or change to a pump or something. In the meantime I’m off to find something else I love as much. :(Â

Nice serum
4Really nice hydrating serum. Lovely texture and absorbs nicely into the skin. The only reason its not 5 stars is the packaging isn't great.

Good serum, bad packaging
4The serum itself is amazing. It really helps me fend off the flakiness I get from my tretinoin acne treatment. The bottle though.. is a different story. The bottle pipette is pretty useless, it doesn't function at all. I always have to resort to slamming the bottle in my hand upside-down. The lack of functionality in the bottle just ends up making the colorful packaging seem gimmicky.

Lovely product, poor packaging
3Love this serum - affordable, hydrating and nicely absorbed into my skin.  If it wasn’t for the bottle being half full and trying to get the pipette to work is a nightmare, I would have given top marksÂ

Nice Product, Didn’t Love The Packaging
3Really nice serum, sinks in nicely and left my skin feeling hydrated. Struggled to get out any product after about two uses.

Bottle half empty
2Received this a couple of weeks ago as my normal hydrating serum was finishing and bought this one to replace it and I used the serum two days ago only to find the bottle half empty. I’m really disappointed and the pipette doesn’t work properly. Otherwise the serum has a nice texture.

Brilliant but packaging needs work.
5The serum is really lovely. Love that it’s heavily glycerine based as this is so much more hydrating than hyaluronic acid and my skin loves it. Shame that there aren’t more glycerine based hydrating serums. Will absolutely buy again. Leaves skin plump, soft and hydrated and the price is fab!! The only thumbs down for this is the dispensing method. The pipette is beyond useless, end up bashing the bottle on my hand to get it out. Still worth the purchase though. 4.9/5

Nice formula. Bad packaging
3Nice hydrating formula, sinks into the skin and doesn’t leave a film. However the pipette is a bit useless and you can barely get any product out. Packaging that is all style!Â

Amazing serum, will repurchase
5I can really see results before my eyes with this serum but agree with other reviews that this bottle really feels half full comparing it to other 30ml products I have but trust me, there’s definitely 30ml in there!!Â
