Good but not the best Vit C serum
2Im in my 30s, oily skin and do love loads of Biossance products but this one doesn’t seem to be working for me. I have some (very little) hyperpigmentation and decided to try this serum as I do enjoy other products form the brand. It’s lightweight and milky colour, no smell that I can detect, sinks in very well and is not sticky. However, having finished this serum, I simply to do see any difference and if anything some smaller patches of darker skin have gone worse. I will be going back to my Sunday Riley Vit C or Medik8 as these have truly worked extremely well for me.Â

New Vitamin C Bestie!
5Have gone through many vitamin C products due to having quite sensitive skin, especially towards vitamin C, but this... WOW! Not only is this super lightweight, so can be worn under skincare layers, makeup, SPF (you name it), but this really is effective. Have had some aggressive breakouts lately, that has left me with new blemish scars, even after a few uses of this, I can 100% see a lightning effect on the scars. The overall texture and plumpness of my skin are also looking really healthy! Definitely recommend and repurchase!

IT WORKS!
5This product works for me. I have a combination, Asian medium to dark skin tone and when I get pimples, they are massive and leave seriously dark spots. After finishing a bottle, I cant barely see where the spots used to be. Also, it is lightweight which I really like especially on humid summer days. It is not tacky and absorbs well on the skin. I recommend it.

5I’m in my mid-20s and have dry/dull sensitive skin. This product is so hydrating and comfortable to wear. My skin looks noticeably brighter and has been glowing after a few weeks with the lightening of a few dark spots. I wear this in the morning under my Biossance moisturiser with SPF on top. Really been enjoying this. I’ve tried a lot of vitamin C serums (including Drunk Elephant, Paula’s Choice, Kora Organics, Honest Beauty) and this is my favourite one!

Bad reaction
1I had a very bad reaction to this serum. After about 2 days of applying a small amount, it felt as though my skin was on fire. It was red and started to feel swollen. I ended up going on antihistamine 4 x a day and having to use pharmacy prescribed cooling creams. I have subsequently read reviews of this product where others have had similar reactions.

decent Vit c serum
3I am in my early 30s, medium Asian skin with yellow undertones to my skin which means I tan beautifully! Unfortunately, after spending a big chunk of my 20s sunbathing and not wearing SPF (!!! tsk tsk to my past self) I have now developed pesky dark spots. I was excited to try this as it is aimed at lightening/ brightening dark spots. For me, I've not seen any improvement to my dark spots or any improvements to recent spot scaring, so I'm not sure if I'll purchase this again to target my dark spots. However I did find this serum to be very moisturising, the texture of my skin is a bit smoother and plumper and sits very well under my SPF, it did not break me out, did not have any offensive smells, great bottle, but in terms of brightening, it did not work for me.

Amazing product!
5I really like this product, it feels amazing on the skin. Squalene is probably one of my favorite ingredients. No tacky feeling absorbs well on the skin. It's fragrance-free, so it can have a weird scent at first but it doesn't bother me. I recommend it!
