I took the Aveda quiz on their site and this range was recommended to me. I have fine straight-ish hair. The goal was to tame the frizz and overall get healthier hair. For the price of the product, I expected it to work as described. Just thankful I bought the travel size.

I have lots of hair but it's pretty fine, when I go on holiday in the sun and saltwater it has such a nice wave but in the uk where I am 90% of the time it's not straight, not curly and a bit flat. My hair doesn't like oils and conditioners either seem to just make it heavy or don't offer enough hydration. I got a sample of this and as it's leave in expected it to leave my hair feeling heavy and greasy but the complete opposite, I love it! Leave my hair to dry naturally and it goes into lovely waves, blow dry it and it's straight but that nice bouncy straight, not like I've had the straighteners on it for hours.

Got this in one of the gift bags and have now bought more. Due to a skin problem, I switched to silicone-free shampoo and conditioner which is now making my hair a lot knottier - using this my hair is soft, glossy, healthy and tangle free!

Not the best for my hair

I’ve tried this product after having washed my hair with different shampoo and conditioners, but the result has never been completely satisfying. The hair is soft but not as shiny as I would and tends to be fizzy and I need some oil after the blow-dry. The smell is overpowering in my opinion.
