For the price I think I expected more. Maybe it initially helped me drop off more easily but I felt that effect didn’t last as my body became used to it (or perhaps it was an initial placebo effect) It also ran our very quickly (less than a month). 

This stuff is PRICEY but it really works for me it helps me sleep better for longer. It also helps dampen down my pain which is a massive plus. I personally would really appreciate a spill proof bottle/applicator at this price point.

I first tried apothem's defence drops and got along really well with them so wanted to try these next.  Lovely experience once again - they taste so good too. When I take these regularly, my sleep is much better quality (my Oura ring sleep tracker backs this up) so I feel like they're supporting my body well. Worth every penny for me. 

I struggle with sleep I find these drops really helpful I sleep more deeply and with less disruption. They also taste lovely which is not always the case with cbd!   My only issues are the dropper component meaning there is scope for spillage which at such a high price is frustrating I’d love this in a spray or a spill proof bottle like essential oils often come in.  

I was really sceptical about these, but took the plunge and am now getting a second bottle. I really think they work. I take 5 drops before bed, read for a half-hour and that combination just totally allows me to drop off to sleep - something I had been having massive issue with. The bonus is they taste decent too.

I have heard a lot about this brand so took the plunge in the purchase after trying the healist CBD drops and I havnt been impressed at all. I havnt noticed that much of a difference in sleep, my partner and I have been sharing the bottle and it has lasted less than a month and we havnt been taking it every night. Incredibly expensive for a potential monthly purchase with seemingly not that much of an effect. They did taste great though.

This is my second go at trying CBD oil. The first brand I tried (Blessed CBD) was effective but had a horrible ‘earthy’ taste so I avoided using it - which made it a waste. This one by Apothem is a similar price point, but what made me try it was the fact that it was meant to have a pleasant taste. While to me it doesn’t taste like vanilla ice cream (like one of the reviews mentions), it does have a sweetish butterscotch taste, which is nice. It works too! There isn’t a moment where I feel it kick in so to speak, but 20-30 mins after taking it I do feel more relaxed and it definitely helps me drift off to sleep. I’ve been using it for about a month, 3-5 drops about four times a week, and it has consistently performed. What I find particularly impressive is that my main reason for purchasing and using it is that I take prescription medication that makes sleeping difficult - so I wanted to use this to counteract that effect. And it has done so, beautifully.

I've tried a couple of CBD products and I'm just not sure they do anything for me. I will admit I haven't been the most consistent with it so I'm sure that hasn't helped! However, I wanted to review this because it's the nicest tasting CBD product I have tried! Others I have used ( even though they claim to have a nice taste ) taste horrible and leave an even worse aftertaste but I was soo pleasantly surprised by this one! If you're a fan of CBD I would definitely recommend this - it tastes like vanilla but isn't too sweet! :)

I have struggled with sleep for a long time now. I have tried so many different things without success so decided to try CBD oil for the first time to see if it could help me sleep. I wanted to finish the bottle before giving a review and now I have, can say they did absolutely nothing for me. They didn't even help me feel relaxed. I reached out to apothem after using for approx 2 weeks and they said they are to be used more as an aid to relax at night time rather than sleep. Well, it didn't help that either. I increased the dosage, tried using at diff times and still didn't feel any difference. Now I just feel annoyed I've wasted £75 on something that didn't help me. Yes, they taste pleasant enough, but that makes no difference when the product itself does not help with sleep.

If you take this just before you jump into bed as soon as your head hits the pillow. The first time I used this I got into bed and I was so relaxed I almost had an out-of-body experience. I melted into my bed and pillow and was knocked out until the next morning (luckily it was my day off). It's not oily at all and tastes like a warm vanilla drink, it's a nice experience to take it and I genuinely cannot say anything bad about it. What I will say is the price point is a slight turn off but if you genuinely have trouble falling asleep or relaxing at night then invest. Like Lex said 30ml does around 120 nights so that works out at £1.40 which is less than a coffee in the morning to keep you awake!
