I really like this exfoliant, works hard to smooth the skin and really helps with ingrown hairs. Best to use on dry skin few minutes before showering, leaves my skin baby smooth.

Nice exfoliator!

Ameliorate Smoothing Body Exfoliant is an excellent combination of physical and chemical (AHA acid) body exfoliation. It will be the right choice if you have very dry, rough, or bumpy skin ingrown hair (so-called "chicken skin"). After using this scrub, the skin is moisturized and smooth. Like any other body care product, this scrub runs out quickly, but I really liked the result, so I will definitely be buying more.

I've been using this for the last couple of years and it's become an absolute staple in my bathroom. I'm never without it now. It's worked absolute wonders on my legs. I used to suffer with ingrowns and very sensitive legs especially when shaving. After a few times of using, I really noticed a difference and now I use every few days and I use on my armpits too which used to get sore from shaving and it's helped that too. It is a chemical exfoliator and unfortunately the smell reflects that but you get used to it and it's well worth putting up with for the fab results.

The scrub feels a big basic. I don’t like the smell and it doesn’t feel particularly luxurious or anything. But it does work. I definitely notice a difference when using it. Smooth legs no ingrowns etc. tan goes on a lot nicer too. I usually put it on, scrub and leave it on for as long as I can (10 mins or so) and I think that gives the ingredients longer to work, no idea if that’s true!
