Sad because I thought it was a good quality brand
1Literally did nothing for my skin overnight. I still looked dull.

5I'll start off by saying I'm a HUGE fan of Alpha H Liquid gold so when I heard about the launch of this serum I was desperate to try it! I've used this a couple of times now and I love how my skin looks and feels the next morning. ( Hydrated, brighter and just better in general.) Due to the high percentage of glycolic acid, I thought it might cause my skin to tingle a little bit, however, I really really surprised at how gentle it felt on my skin. ( I will mention I don't generally experience sensitivity when using acids so if you are more sensitive you'll definitely still want to introduce this gradually.) I have some marks left behind from breakouts/ pigmentation so I'm excited to see how well this serum addresses these concerns after a few more weeks of me using it. 5 stars from me!

5I have very sensitive skin so I am always very careful with my use of acids and retinoids. I had a little bit of a tingle for a couple of minutes the first time I tried it but I decided to run with it and left it on, the next morning I woke up to refined pores, soft and glowy skin without the slightest hint of irritation - A miracle!! I have been using it twice a week since and will continue to use it for a long time I am sure. Loving that it comes in a 50ml bottle too.

Gold in a bottle
5I've recently been converted to their Cult classic, Liquid Gold and so I couldn't wait to try this and see how it compared. I love the consistency of this, and being able to combine glycolic and my retinol is a dream come true! I can get more sensitive skin around my mouth from an old chemical burn, however I do tend to avoid this area generally with any kind of acid or retinol. This didn't irritate my skin at all, and the texture of this is absoultely lovely. My skin feels so soft and looks radiant the next morning, and with it being a retinol I know the results are going to get even better by the time I finish this, I just couldn't wait to review! Alpha-H are the authority on glycolic, and combines retinoid into this formula was a stroke of genius.

Incredible!
5This is my new favourite serum, and coming from someone who usually has a hundred bottles on the go at once that's quite a claim! I've always had skin which becomes really easily congested and this has become a savior for me. I pop it on in the evening and I know in the morning I'll wake up with clearer, glowy, more even skin. I will say it's quite sticky, but for the results it delivers I really don't mind.

Decent serum, weird smell
4I got a sample of this and my skin did feel nice in the morning but I've definitely used nicer. One thing to note is that this serum for some reason smells like smoky bacon crisps, which isn't a problem for me but if you're sensitive to smells you might want to swerve it

It's literally gold
5I've received this serum as a sample with a big order of another brand serums. The joke is that the others didn't do anything to my skin and this only after the first use did miracles. Purchased the big size. the My skin is brighter, glowing in the morning, my acne is gone. Using much less foundation.

This is magical.
5I absolutely love this serum. It smells like Christmas and makes my skin feel so smooth and hydrated without the oiliness or stickiness of some serums. Come morning it feels even smoother and noticeably looks like I’ve been taking good care of my skin.

My skin looks and feels amazing
5After 2 weeks of using this product, my skin is clearer and glowing. I hardly use foundation now, and I've received a lot of compliments about my skin. Highly recommend!
