Crust city. Dried me out
2As the owner of combination skin, I don't normally experience dryness all over my face. One week in, and being the only change to my skin routine, my face is noticeably drier, all over, and feels noticeably drier. Its disappointing as I moved from the Summer Fridays enzyme cleanser which my skin had no issues with, and is considerably cheaper.

5As promised very hydrating beautiful cleanser! Skin feels so smooth and clean (but not stripped or tight) after - I would definitely recommend it! PS the packaging is a little annoying for everyday use, would be perfect if there was a pump

Silky smooth
5This is a lovely cleanser for an AM cleanse or second PM cleanse and it leaves the skin clean lovely and silky smooth.

Not that hydrating
3I actually liked the texture, didn't mind the smell, and enjoyed using it. Where this fails, for my combo/dry skin, is in the hydrating department. Cleansers will too often be described as 'gentle' and 'hydrating', yet will leave the face extra clean (almost too clean) and tight feeling. This cleanser falls in that category for me, and I have tried a lot of cleansers. Note: AOS suggests using it as the first cleanse on dry skin but since this is a paste on the thicker/denser side, one cannot very well spread/massage it without tugging and pulling at the skin. It does indeed work and spread much better on a damp face. For the price vs. the amount of product vs. the experience, there are definitely gentler and better-valued cleansers out there. So this is not the one for me.

Terrible
1Honestly, I was hoping so much from this cleanser after hearing good things, I don't have sensitive skin and used this twice, I woke up this morning with red blotchy skin and red swollen lumps, I've never had a reaction like it. I Will never use this again.

Dreamy
5This feels so light but yet creamy on the skin. I'm left with a clean but not stripped face ready for my products, this is a wonderful option for a variety of skin types but if you're suffering after going too hard on the actives or acids this a great option. It does a have raw ingredient smell but it's all over and done with in 60 seconds and it's not too strong.

Everything you'll ever need
5From looking chic on the bathroom shelf to smelling amazing on the face to that fun tangerine colour that it is. Personally for me as a dry girl it's great for just a nourishing cleanse in the morning or removing the day's gunk off my face at night or a light makeup application!

Holy grail
5I cannot grasp how a cleanser can make my skin feel so hydrated after such a thorough cleanse! This silver tube of wonders removes every last bit of makeup and SPF without stripping the skin and while delivering soothing moisturising actives. I started using it after my skin barrier was a little compromised from too much exfoliation, because of how gentle it is, but I ended up welcoming it for a full-time role in my regime.

From a cleanser lover
4I love cleansers but I am really on the fence with this product. It cleaned my skin beautifully and didn't strip my skin or leave my skin feeling dry. It is also really great at removing makeup. Now to the bad: I absolutely hated the smell of this cleanser and also, I really like my cleanser to go that extra mile for me. While it cleaned my skin, I didn't feel particularly hydrated or glowy and my pores were still visible. I would however buy again but use this in a double cleanse. I would use this first to remove my makeup and then go in with another cleanser.

Dreamy texture
4The texture is a lovely thick balm, creamy cleanser. It takes every last bit of your makeup off and doesn't leave the skin feel tight or dry. Beware not to get it in your eyes as it does sting! (as I did by mistake haha).
