Great way to try the brand!

This brand is very expensive and I was curious whether the products are effective. When I bought this set it was way cheaper than it is now, I guess the price was incorrect on the site at the time. I really liked the cleanser and would consider repurchasing. The product I was most excited to try was the Peptides and Antioxidants Firming Daily Treatment but I didn't really like it, I didn't find it hydrating enough. The vitamin C serum is so different to others I've used in the past, you apply the thick gel-like consistency to damp skin and it melts onto the skin as it adsorbs. My skin feels great when I use it and more radiant.

It's ok, but tiny

A cute set, but very very tiny. I knew it was travel size, but still. Hard to say if the products are actually good. The vitamin C serum is fine, I didn't love the consistency, and for the price, I'm sure there are better options out there. I've kept the other 2 products to take with me when travelling, I'm sure they should be fine, but I don't think I'll be buying the full sizes.

Changed my mind

Initially I did not enjoy it. It was a Cult bag gift. My previous C serum was light and watery and this is thick and smells like medicine. But with use it grew on me. It works. It works so, so well it is a definite future purchase. My skin is glowy, looks healthy and plump. Go for the 8ml. I have been using in the mornings for weeks now. You need 1 pump for the whole face.

It’s good

I really enjoy using it. The texture surprised me, it transforms into an oil, which I quite like. It takes some time to sink into the skin, when I add my moisturizer on top it leaves no sticky feeling at all. It gets on with my oily/combination skin. Will repurchase in the future :)

Great but not perfect

My skin leans oily so I dread applying this onto my skin. However, after a few weeks, I learned that half a pump is enough for my whole face to avoid it feeling / looking greasy. I noticed my skin looks brighter with better complexion - didnt do much for my scars tho. I purchased the 8ml and emptied it in a month. Will wait for sale to repurchase.

Amazing

Very nice texture with effective concoction of actives. This is expensive but lasts long and you need little quantity. This gives clear and glowing complexion. My opinion is that it should be suitable for all skin types. It definitely does what claims for. I am very much obsessed.

Seriously impressed

Waited to review this until I finished my Cult Beauty Calendar 8ml sample. Where do I begin? I need it. Now. Forever. It's simply the perfect vitamin C serum. I have combination skin, with my T-Zone getting very oily during the day, and I was afraid the formula would bother me in the morning. At first, I thought it had something in common with the sticky/oily formula of the Charlotte Tilbury's Night cream which is a complete nightmare for my skin type. I apply it in the morning, the formula is oily at first while applying, but sinks beauuuutifuly into the skin, leaving a glowy hydrated complexion. My skin feels so soft during the day and I feel like it evens out the texture. I adored it. My wallet will hate it. But ahhhhh it's worth it...

Good but...

I got this product through the 2020 Cult Beauty advent calendar. This is the first time I've ever used vitamin C on my skin. The texture is sticky and a bit oily. I have combination skin and I usually don't have any pimples on my face. It's been a week that I'm using this product and I started getting breakouts on my cheeks. I can see clearly that it brightens my face and I love that, but I'm worried to see these breakouts. I will continue for a week or so to see if it's just my skin getting used to the product or if the product is too much for my skin type.

Too much oily

Didn’t like it, too much oily, not absorbing easily to skin, maybe good for dry skin type ( mine is combination)

Another little gem

I like to use a serum for at least a month before reviewing it but I have noticed results so quickly that I had to share my thoughts! It is a thicker serum which surprised me a little, it feels a little bit balmy/oily but melts very nicely when worked into the skin and sinks in a few minutes, if you are oily I would recommend using it at night, but for someone dry or combo (like me) it feels really good on the skin throughout the day and I already noticed some brightening! It has not caused any sensitivity to my sensitive and breakout prone-skin which is always a fear of mine when using Vitamin C, but this is super gentle and I'm looking forward to using it more. UPDATE: I have used this serum for a month now and I think we are in a committed relationship, not only my pigmentation has significantly lightened but my skin looks really plump and firm, even the texture is a lot smoother and my under eye area brighter (yes it's eye-safe!), I can sincerely say that this is my favourite vitamin C serum out there! Get your hands on it if you can!
