5The price on this is not for the faint hearted and the only thing more expensive in my collection is my Tom Ford that I also adore. This melts into the skin and gives the glow from within. I like the weight of the compact is feels heavy and luxe.

Sometimes size is everything
3To start with the positive, this is a very nice formula, glides on like butter and leaves a natural glitter free finish to the skin. On my pale skin not a trace of orange. The packaging is stunning, though perhaps a little heavier than one would like for popping in your make up bag on the go. I have knocked off 2 stars for its size- this is a very expensive product and is essentially a travel size! It’s so small, really absurdly so for a product designed for face and body. I would draw a comparison with the Charlotte Tilbury powder bronzer which has a similar luxe gold compact but is maybe 2-3 times the size. Using my large fluffy bronzing brush I do not expect the Westman Atalier to last long, and ultimately this makes it poor value for money. I’m curious to know the cost of the refill.Â

The best
5The best powder bronzer formula out there, blends well over the liquid super loaded, the baby cheeks, the WA complexion stick, or just my skincare alone. Never patchy, and wears well overall. Most importantly - my skin loves it.
