1. Clean the tool before and after each use
2. For use on clean skin only. Do not use on skin that has not been washed first or has makeup applied as this can drive bacteria into the skin and cause irritation
3. Wash skin with warm to hot water and gentle cleanser to open pores for easy extraction. Pat skin dry, wet skin can be slippery
3. Hold tool with thumb and index finger similar to a tweezer
4. Hold skin taut with opposite hand
5. Hold flat portion of the tips parallel to surface of skin with tips placed on either side of the visible blackhead
6. Press down lightly to force the blackhead from the skin
7. Once the blackhead starts to rise above the surface of the skin, squeeze the tool to close the tips around the blackhead
8. Roll the tool forward and lift the curved tips up and away from the skin to remove the blackhead
9. Clean after each use and repeat above steps if necessary

Bad
Not a good product at all. I use a regular blackhead extractor from time to time for stubborn whiteheads or blackheads. This is awful. It is so sharp and would damage the skin if used. It also doesn't 'roll' on the skin. It is just bad and doesn't work. I use all tweezerman stuff for nails etc. and like their products but this really is not worth your money.

Not very good
I'm so disappointed with this. The sharp ends are lethal on the skin, and edges are far too harshly-cut for the skin surface and the two prongs don't stay apart when pressed into the skin. This might remove blackheads (I don't think it does) but it will damage your skin.

Absolutely not worth a penny, waste of money, you will get way better results with nose strips.
