Beautiful Retinol/fantastic results
TNC has been a favourite brand for a while and I have been wanting to try the skin filter serum. I pleased to say it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful formula, does not sensitize my skin and results in clearer, smoother, brighter skin. I deal with hyperpigmentation and post-blemish scarring and this has honestly helped clear and keep it at bay in the tricky summer months when pigmentation flares up.

Unfortunately peels so unable to use it as a part of my routine
I really wanted to love it but unfortunately it’s not a great match for my very dry skin. It creates a sticky layer on my skin that peels then dry especially if try use a face cream or make up on the top of it. It is a shame as when I tried to use it, I think it did make my skin look a bit brighter, but unfortunately it is not moisturising enough for me and without extra face cream on the top it dries my skin out.Â

If you have sensitive skin...
... and you want smoother, brighter, and clearer skin you will absolutely love this! This is a super gentle serum that is still very effective, ideal if you want to take things slow and achieve the results that you are looking for without overwhelming your skin. On the other hand, if you're an active junkie like myself and are looking for something very potent this may not be your favourite.
