Use in the PM after cleansing and toning and before other serums. Apply a pea-sized amount to the fingers and gently tap into the skin. May increase sun sensitivity; always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
Whilst THE INKEY LIST Retinol has a low irritation formula, for some people redness and flakiness may occur at the beginning of use due to the increase in cell turnover. When first introducing Retinol, you may wish to use a few times per week and gradually increase to every evening.

My face didn't like it - but it works great on my handss
I have very sensitive skin and I had hopes this serum would allow me to use retinol without the shedding. Sadly not - my face hurt and peeled after very careful use. Even one gentle application will result in shedding four or 5 days later. That said, i had this larger tube soo used it on my the backs of my hands and they look great. Soo it works, but not for my face

Bargain
I’ve been using this retinol for a while so was pleased to see it in a larger side. I’ve used previous retinol products and didn’t like the textures. This one is lovely and serum like, absorbs so quickly and easily. I’ve personally experienced no sensitivity from using this though I don’t tend to have very sensitive skin. I use this several times a week and will be upping to daily use. It’s real value for money too. Love this brand!

Feels nice
I have used this for three weeks (every other day) on my sensitive, acne and redness prone skin. So far it just feels like a nice and lightweight serum. I haven’t had any sensitivity to it. I don’t know that it has made any difference to my skin, but I do use a lot of other products targeting the same problems and have been for years. It feels so good I have already bought a backup.
