Avoid the powder
I feel like it does something for my skin and helps with my digestion, however, I cannot stand the texture of the powder, it's gritty and doesn't dissolve properly in water. I may repurchase the collagen though.

Brilliant duo!
I absolutely love the beauty chef products. My skin feels smoother and my energy levels have increased. I think the most notable difference is how much it's improved my gut health. I can't be without these products now. Definitely worth a try if your looking to nourish your gut and get in some extra vitamins and nutrients into you're diet.
