Great little set
I love the taste of this mixed in with kefir as a drink or yoghurt and granola for breakfast. I feel like it helped reduce a lot of my bloating, not sure that’s the point of it but it did the job.Â

Wonderful
I really love beauty chef products. With consistent use I notice my skin is much smoother, my energy levels are improved and it's done wonders for my gut health. Definitely worth a try if you suffer from IBS. I love the flavours of the products too.
