It cannot be used as a foundation.

Strange product. I bought the lightest shade, as for me it can be used as a highlighting powder for some parts of the face, not as a foundation. It's so shiny that I can't imagine applying it all over my face. It has quite a good composition of ingredients, which is why I give it two stars.

Enjoying using this

Not as good as BareMinerals but is a close match. The shade bought was a little lighter than my actual shade but used as a highlight it’s perfect.

On the fence

Not sure about this, bridge between setting powder and a foundation which should work but just didn’t for me! Medium light was quite dark and seemed a bit orange so opted for light. As I’m 50+, this did highlight my larger pores, no blurring-just gave a weird highlight where it wasn’t needed! Also gave me a nose like the tin man in the Wizard of Oz , a weird metallic looking shine and my touch was light. So overall, not a winner for me

Almost the perfect foundation

Ok, this is a game-changer. If it was a little lighter (I got 'Light') it would be 5 stars all day long. Being pale and hopefully interesting, it was a tad darker than my natural colouring. I am familiar with other mineral powder foundations, but this has to be applied in a slightly different way, in my opinion. The usual 'swirl tap buff' didn't work as well for me as just dipping the brush in to a small amount of powder and swirling it on with a dense, medium headed brush. Just repeat until you have the desired cover. I wish there was a better way to get to the powder- instead of having to peel off the sticker protecting the powder; I would prefer the option of piercing a few holes, as I have found helpful in other powders. But, having said that, I will keep buying this when I run out. Why? Because, the glow. The glow that doesn't make me look like I've been working out like a demon with no towel to hand. The glow that is somehow matt, and not ugly and smacks of overusing a highlighter. My skin is very very good. If your skin needs some help you may wish to skip it, as 'the glow' will draw attention to your skin as strangers gaze in wonderment at your good genes. But this is, for me, the closest I have found to a perfecting foundation that looks like you are sleeping beauty that woke up after a very long sleep.

Amazing glow

I’ve been using this on its own for every day coverage and over the top of foundation - both work really well, it gives a beautiful glow. I have 1 Light, and am blonde with light/medium skin and this works great for me.

A powder with glow

I usually find powder so conflicting, as I don't like the full coverage, matte look it can give, but I need a bit of mattifying, holding power for my make up... this one has solved those issues! It gives good coverage without being really full on. And the GLOW. It seems to somehow be matte yet glowy at the same time and I love it for this... I've been using it constantly!

Glowy Goodness

For me this powder isn't just a powder, it sets makeup, gives a glow and makes the face look filtered. I love using this with a little bit of concealer as it makes the skin radiant, it somehow illuminates the skin without during attention to any imperfections. An absolute gem I wasn't looking for but now I can't stop using!

Love, love, love!

As someone with skin on the drier side, I was a little apprehensive to try this powder but I’m so glad I did! Not drying or cakey in the slightest, this powder is perfect; it blends so beautifully and leaves skin with a natural, blur effect. I also love how light it is; I didn’t feel like it was clogging my pores – even after wearing it all day.

New fave powder!

As a full-coverage girlie, my makeup is never complete without a dusting of powder - and this is my new go-to! This powder blends so beautifully and leaves behind a glow (unlike some powders which can look cakey and dry).

A real life filter for your skin

Using Sweed's Miracle Powder was a first for me – and it certainly didn’t disappoint. As someone who doesn’t use powder typically, I was worried that it would leave me feeling dry, but that was not the case! Working as a mineral foundation, it gave me a beautiful blurred finish and boosted my overall glow. It really is like a Insta filter for your skin!
