    • Why it's Cult

{Pixi}’s nutrient-rich serum is ultra-lightweight yet replenishing – boosting hydration levels to leave skin feeling plump, soft and beautifully dewy. Hydrating Milky Serum has a silky texture and absorbs almost instantly – flooding cells with moisture and fortifying skin’s fabric with a cocktail of soothing rose flower extract, balancing jojoba oil and healing aloe vera. A perfect daily hydrator for those who’re prone to shine (this won’t clog pores or exacerbate oil), it also acts a bit like ‘thermal’ underwear for those who need an extra layer – trapping moisture thanks to glycerin, which leaves your face feeling soft, supple and protected from the elements.

    Pixi - Hydrating Milky Serum

    Pixi Hydrating Milky Serum Reviews

    Great product - terrible packaging
The only thing the dropper is good for is wiping the product onto your skin. The serum itself is lovely but after years of people saying how useless the dropper is surely Pixi need to change the packaging. Will I repurchase? Probably not but not because it's bad but because the dropper means I use too much and the product doesn't last long as a result.
Nice but impossible to get out
Well, I can confirm that they haven't fixed the pipettes issue yet! I like the product itself but it is so annoying to dispense that I find I can't be bothered to use it most of the time. It's a shame because it does leave a lovely soft finish to my skin.
    It's OK
Ordered this serum on Black Friday & received it less than a week after. (Super fast service considering I live in South East Asia - thank you CB Team). I've been using this ever since & after a month, I can say that this product is just OK. No WOW effect so far, perhaps it's because I have normal skin? I think it'll do more favour to those who are in their early 20s or having problematic skin & wish to boost the moisturisation factor. And yes I have to agree with the other reviews - the dropper is such a nuisance. Can't see myself repurchasing this serum once it finishes.
    Good Product, Awful packaging
Light serum, good for every day but not suitable for a heavy moisturising! However as everyone else said the dropper does not work at all. Should have a better built in pump!
    Another great product but...
Beautiful serum and really hydrating which is great but the packaging really lets it down. The pipette it comes with draws the product in but doesn't let it out. This means I have to turn the bottle upside down and pat it to get some out. It's such a shame the packaging is so bad on the Pixi products as they are really good and affordable!
    great & affordable product!
I use this in the morning before my moisturizer and it really helps soothing and hydrating my skin, leaving it soft and plump. The only bad thing about it is the little pipette which doesn't seem to work at all, it doesn't suck in product in it so you have to use it to scoop product out. The greatness of this serum does make up for it though!
    Packaging!
This stuff is so great but the packaging is pants! It looks great and the dropper is handy but you can't get much of it out so it feels like you use it really quickly. I know it's not as expensive as some on the market, and it is very hydrating but if you can't get at the product and you run out so fast it's hard to feel that it's worth the money.
    Great
I wasn't sure on buying this product after reading a lot of bad reviews but I love this serum. It sinks in super quickly and doesn't break me out. The pipette works great on mine, I use three drops of serum every night. The only thing I noticed is when putting the pipette back in the bottle the serum oozes out a little bit but it isn't a huge problem.
    Very Bad Packaging
It's an okay serum, affordable, quite hydrating and smells nice, but the dropper is just absolutely horrible that you cannot get the right amount. I will not purchase again until the packaging is improved.
    Lovely but bad packaging
It leaves my skin wonderfully dewy and hydrated and ensures my foundation doesn't skin into any creases. I also use it at night under and oil or moisturiser as I find it very nourishing on old acne scars or any irritated skin. However, I find the packaging so annoying! The pipette doesn't work: it looks like it's picked up loads of product but actually there's one drop- so confusing! I feel like I end up overcompensating and using more as a result. It's a similar consistency to the Vichy Aqualia Thermal serum so it should have a pump.
    Quenches the skin
This serum is an absolute pleasure to use and awakens all the senses. Once applied, it feels like the skin is being flooded with water and much needed hydration, imparts an immediate cooling sensation, leaving behind a light floral fragrance. This is why I prefer using the serum in the mornings. The texture is milky, as described, and the consistency falls between a thick serum, and a lightweight moisturizer. It has reasonable slip, so a little bit can go a long way. It absorbs fairly quickly and completely into skin. leaving behind a natural finish to the skin. As a result, it wears well under foundation. It doesn't alter the finish the makeup, doesn't interfere with laying down foundation and working it into the skin, nor does add it to breaking down the formulation as makeup wears throughout the day. One star off for the packaging. While packaged beautifully, I find it difficult to pick up and dispense the thicker formula with the dropper provided. For the price, this is an excellent serum, and performs as effectively as many luxury-positioned products I have used in the past.
