This is an incredible product! It made a HUGE difference to my dry skin just after one use, an essential product in my opinion.

This serum is great.

I have combination sensitive skin and this is a great calming hydration boost, but the dropper is horrible and fell apart at some point. Will repurchase once that's sorted though.

The only thing the dropper is good for is wiping the product onto your skin. The serum itself is lovely but after years of people saying how useless the dropper is surely Pixi need to change the packaging. Will I repurchase? Probably not but not because it's bad but because the dropper means I use too much and the product doesn't last long as a result.

This stuff is so great but the packaging is pants! It looks great and the dropper is handy but you can't get much of it out so it feels like you use it really quickly. I know it's not as expensive as some on the market, and it is very hydrating but if you can't get at the product and you run out so fast it's hard to feel that it's worth the money.

Well, I can confirm that they haven't fixed the pipettes issue yet! I like the product itself but it is so annoying to dispense that I find I can't be bothered to use it most of the time. It's a shame because it does leave a lovely soft finish to my skin.

I wasn't sure on buying this product after reading a lot of bad reviews but I love this serum. It sinks in super quickly and doesn't break me out. The pipette works great on mine, I use three drops of serum every night. The only thing I noticed is when putting the pipette back in the bottle the serum oozes out a little bit but it isn't a huge problem.

Ordered this serum on Black Friday & received it less than a week after. (Super fast service considering I live in South East Asia - thank you CB Team). I've been using this ever since & after a month, I can say that this product is just OK. No WOW effect so far, perhaps it's because I have normal skin? I think it'll do more favour to those who are in their early 20s or having problematic skin & wish to boost the moisturisation factor. And yes I have to agree with the other reviews - the dropper is such a nuisance. Can't see myself repurchasing this serum once it finishes.

I tend to take reviews with a pinch of salt and after reading these ones I just thought the other reviewers annoyingly got some one off bad packaging.. argh!!!! I was wrong.. it's just so bad. The pipette doesn't work.. but you need to pull it out to get the product, and when you put the pipette back in, a LOAD of product oozes out and it's pretty impossible to save it. So much waste product and I genuinely cannot enjoy this product when I am trying to scoop it out and not let it ooze out. I won't purchase again until pixi fix this issue.. shame really as their products are great.

Light serum, good for every day but not suitable for a heavy moisturising! However as everyone else said the dropper does not work at all. Should have a better built in pump!
