5I have tried many high end eyeliners as well but I keep repurchasing this one. It does not dry out, has intense pigmentation and a brush tip. Very affordable as well!

5I think this is truly one of my favourite effortless eye and it brightens my face in a way that no other effortless eye does. It doesn't have a lot of product, but for the price I think it's very fair
