Begin your self care by applying the cool, gel-like treatment (AKA the Step 1) and leave it on to absorb for a few minutes. Then follow with Step 2, a rich cream that goes the extra mile to further care for your skin. These both work in harmony to trap moisture, thanks to the enrichment of blue sea kale which keeps your complexion nourished by stimulating the hyaluronic acid, squalane and glycerin. What's more, they are also bursting with ceramides to protect against external aggressors. This is hydration like you've never seen... except come morning.

H.E.O Mask (2 x 50ml)
After cleansing in the evening, as the last step in your skincare routine, apply the blue gel of H.E.O. Step 1 Mask to face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area.
Allow to absorb for a few minutes then gently massage in the H.E.O. Step 2 Mask into the same areas. Leave on overnight, and cleanse as usual in the morning. Apply 2-3 times a week or as required.

The BEST sleeping mask out there
Hands down the best sleeping mask I’ve ever tried. Glow Recipe are also fantastic, but this still wins. If you use a hyaluronic acid serum first, you get maximum hydration! I’ve even bought this as a Christmas present. Medik8 can do no wrong!Â

Ideal after retinol
I have noticed such a difference when using this mask in between retinol treatments - less flakiness, redness and irritation.Â

Lovely and effective
I was unsure about these when ordering but they had been recommended by my dermatologist. I have dry skin that doesn’t like heavy moisturiser as it causes breakouts, but this duo leaves my skin hydrated, soft and non-greasy and not a blocked pore in sight. Highly recommendedÂ

Not for me
I love medik8 and think they have an amazing range of products so I was super keen to try this but I feel it’s a bit of a faff putting on the gel moisturiser then the cream and I didn’t see much difference at all in my skin.

Just okay
I didn’t find this to be as hydrating as I had hoped, have been using for a few weeks now and am yet to see a real difference. I will use this up but can’t see myself repurchasing, instead will go back to layering up some hydrating serums and locking in with a nice balm at night.Â
