Yummy gummy
I love these. I’ve been using them for just over 2 months and I’ve seen a difference. Less hair fall and my skin is looking good too. I’m taking these with a combination of other vitamins as I’m mid 40s and needing the extra menopause support, but I definitely feel these have worked. The cherry taste is delightful (if you like cherry).Â

haven't really made a difference
I have been taking these gummies for a little over two months now. They taste great, but I haven't noticed much of a difference, except maybe that my nails grow a little faster and stronger. I do like that they offer a refill version and all their packaging is environment-friendly.

They taste like Amaretto and in all honesty, I don’t know what they are doing (if anything) to my skin and hair but I’m hoping they are beneficial. I’m mostly here for the taste 🤣
