When I first tried this product, I wasn't sure if it was doing anything to my face- if it was deepening my skintone (like a bronzer), or highlighting my cheekbones (like your typical highlighter). It doesn't have much pigmentation or shimmery sheen to call it a bronzer or highlighter, but it does have a pretty golden hue. Since I like cream blushes with a golden shimmer, I tried applying it all over my cheeks like blush, and when I stepped back and saw myself in natural lighting, that is when I saw what this product can do- a gorgeous, dewy, wet-looking sheen with a hint of summer gold that catches light beautifully. It's a clean, elegant, natural look without feeling oily or sticky. It does have finer-than-micro glitters in it (and I usually don't like glitter on my face anywhere) but it's SO fine that you can't see it much, so I don't mind it at all. What I love the most about this product is that it looks very natural in daylight, so I can wear it to work without looking blingy or too highlighty. I think this will be perfect during the summertime for a dewy, natural make up with a touch-of-gold look paired with a pop of bright lip color, and perfect on your collar bones and shoulders as well. Love this!

It's unfair that this product has so low rating, because it's absolutely gorgeous! First of all it looks, feels and smells luxury, this smell of coconut is soo good! It has a pigment, and if you have pale or very deep skintone (contrast), you actually will see a lot of pigment. If you are sun tanned, or use self tanner, you probably will not see the pigment, only shimmer. Shimmer is good, looks perfect on the neck/ decollete zone. On the cheeks can be used as a topper on the matte blush, especially coral tones. Looks like you traveled to Monaco. Love this product with all my heart.

The package is as stunning as the product is horrible. There is absolutely no pigment and its way too oily. It is too dark as a highlighter and too light to be a bronzer. The, glow, is just like glitter out of your arts and crafts box. So money wasted

This product is not great, to put it rather frankly. It does not do anything for your glow. It definitely can't be used as a bronzer, not sure how to use it as the product is creamy but not very pigmented. Not sure what to use for application - brush, sponge?? The packaging is great, beautiful and the mirror is great. I have used Laura Mercier products over the years and this is the first product I'm not satisfied with and now I can't even return because I used it... Money wasted.

The package is beautiful, the smell is good but the product is not great. The texture is too oily and not pigmented. It reminds of a shimmering oil. It can be used only with a kabuki brush. I thought it should be a highlighter or bronzer but it makes your skin wet and that’s it. No pigment, just greasy skin.
