Disputable
I have no problems with the lower eyelids, but age has come. Serum smells unpleasant. I did not notice a strong action. I can not recommend it.

really nice
I just ran out of my first bottle and I would buy it if it was in stock!! I cant wait for it to be back. This product is really nice, medium-weight yet nourishing serum. I have enjoyed applying it and it has kept my under eye moisturised, glowing and soft.
