Lovely smoothing primer
I really like this primer so far, it’s really lightweight and doesn’t leave any cast off on the face when applied. My makeup seemed to apply smoother on top and I didn’t get as oily in the areas I applied it.Â

Can’t ever fault Hourglass products, does what it says in the bottle :-) no strong smells, good for sensitive skin and good make up base, blurring pores

Lovely
I much prefer this to the veil primer. Not sure if it makes my makeup last any longer or not, but it definitely makes everything look really nice and smooth.

Not for me
Wanted to love this as I’m a big fan of the Hourglass veil primer which I have used for years but fancied a change. However sadly my skin did not like this primer at all! I found it made my forehead even oilier and made me break out with huge spots that I don’t normally have on my cheeks and chin where  I used the primer. Once I cut the primer out of my routine my skin went back to normal so I do believe this was causing it. Will stick to using Veil in the futureÂ
