Created in collaboration with star perfumer Douglas Little, goop’s fragrances are composed entirely of natural elements, harnessing the healing powers of plants, flowers and barks to create sophisticated, sexy and oh-so original scents. The fragrance that perfumes this candle combines notes of sun-warmed apricot, fresh hay and dry earth, inspired by the quiet heat of summer afternoons. goop’s signature fragrances are composed entirely of all-natural elements, which the brand promises are imbued with the power to entrance, heal and transform – all while smelling utterly sublime.
When goop, in collaboration with star perfumer Douglas Little, were dreaming up the Scented Candle: Edition 04 - Orchard, they took inspiration from ‘the quiet heat of summer afternoons’, uniting notes of sun-warmed apricot, fresh hay and dry earth to create a subtly addictive scent. Luxurious orris root melds with subtly spiced cardamom oil, geranium oil and patchouli leaf, accompanied by oak moss extract, cedar wood and sandalwood extract. Entirely non-toxic and crafted from soybean wax, this clean candle has a burn time of up to 65 hours.
Light the wick of the candle on a flat surface, away from anything flammable and relax
TOP TIP: The first time you light any candle make sure you allow it to burn uninterrupted for two hours, that way the candle will then burn evenly to the base rather than just a small dent through the middle of the wax. Trim the wick before subsequent uses to avoid smoke.

These candles burn very well, however I was not that impressed by the scent. It’s nice but lacks oomph. Â

Gorgeous scent
I don’t have the candle but did buy the fragrance of this and don’t understand why it’s no longer available as it is gorgeous. Goop, Cult Beauty, please bring this back!!!
