Wet skin or hair thoroughly, then pour a generous dollop of shampoo into palm; rub hands together to create a light lather, and massage into skin or scalp, working your way down to ends of hair. Good but Not Perfect
This is a lovely shampoo for the hair but it seems to dry out my scalp. After a day or two, my scalp itches and I have dry flakes again. It is winter here, to be fair, so I am working against both Mother Nature and my aged and increasingly dry skin/scalp.
