Step 1: Peel off the protective liner from the cuts in the middle. If you can, try not to touch the sticky back of the patch as it may reduce how effectively it sticks to your skin.
Step 2: Place the patch uniformly over the area you want the cooling effect. You can apply your patch wherever makes you feel comfortable. Pro Tip: It can take 20-30mins before you start feeling the cooling sensation.
Step 3: After using, peel the patch off slowly and throw in the bin! If you're worried about hair, just use some warm water to help! We always advise taking the patch off in the shower, once it has been wet and the adhesive has loosened up a little.

Helps a lot
I have been getting very bad cramps and this patch has been very helpful with those cramps. Although it doesn't remove the pain but it does provide some comfort during those unpleasant time of the month.

Game changer!

Slightly odd cooling numbing sensation but can help alleviate pain particularly when you're out about/at work and can't use a hot water bottle!

Eases pain
I have been really having bad cramps and have been using these patches to help those cramps. Although I wouldn't say that these patches cured the cramps, but it helped to ease the discomfort I had. The patch sticked well to the skin and can last the entire day. It had a minty smell which can be quite strong.

Chronic pain and endo saviour
Having been diagnosed with endometriosis and chronic pain in my lower back and right hip from muscle damage, these patches are such a great help on the days where I have to be on the go. The scent is quite strong but if you don’t mind menthol and eucalyptus it’s fine. I haven’t found another product that stays on all day, and has the perfect shape for where ever you need it. Back/abdomen/side etc

They do help
Bought these for my daughter as she suffers from very heavy and painful periods. These didn't stop us going down the route of prescriptions from the GP unfortunately but definitely do help her manage the pain. I have reordered and will continue to do so.
