4Lovely precision brush and lasts forever - I’ve been using this for years and it hasn’t lost a hair

Bad brush
1Have been purchasing this brush for years between my most recent purchase 2 weeks ago and the purchase before that it seems they’ve changed something. The brush is no longer precision and firm even on first use, bristles are flimsy and splayed The one star is for the spoolie worst £18 I’ve ever spent!!

Bad brush
1I washed this brush first time before use and it fluffy like a broom. It not for thin lines. I'm disappointed

Disappointed
1I'm really disappointed in this brush. For £18 I'd expect it to be good quality and a brush that can last a long time. However, I went to wash it today and the bristles have completely splayed. I have not had this brush for long (less than 2 months) so it's not great that this brush is now basically non functional as it can't give a precise line. Really disappointed.

Very disappointed
1I purchased this brow brush only 2 months ago and the bristles are already starting to splay, which is a massive inconvenience when trying make your brows precise. Contacted Cult and there is nothing they can do about this.
