Smooth!
I'm such a lover of Hourglass and when I saw they had announced lip liners I was so happy! They glide on the lips but do not slip about to the point where you end up with lip liner on your chin. A really beautiful shade its the perfect nude (I'm cool light skin tone)

Good but pricey
This liner feels super creamy on the lips and is easy to apply! Not too much smudging, very nice color. Just on the more expensive end but a nice splurge!
