Inspired by heady, holy altar candles and jubilant choirs, this luxurious feast for the senses is inspired by the sacred Latin name for the holy spirit – ‘Spiritus Sanctus’. It features a lily of the valley heart – a fresh, floral botanical that's steeped in symbolic significance and said to bring luck in love – carried by aromatic benzoin resin and labdanum, opening with head notes of incense via floral, citrusy aldehydes.
Sublime and sacred, this Cire Trudon’s Spiritus Sancti candle is named after the Latin title for the holy spirit in the Christian faith.
Recalling emotive, ceremonial services and the heady effects of holy scenes, this candle features heart notes of lily of the valley, which offer a fresh and floral scent that's steeped in symbolic significance and said to bring luck in love. The rich, aromatic base is composed of benzoin resin and labdanum, while opening head notes combine exotic incense vapours with uplifting, floral and citrusy aldehydes.
It is important to trim wick before each use. When using the candle for the first time, keep the candle alight until the entire surface is covered in liquid wax. This should take approximately 1 hour and will ensure a more effective, even burn for all future uses. Depending on where the candle is placed it has a burn time of 55-60 hours.
100% Vegetable Waxes (palm, rice, soy and coprah oils). Wick of pure cotton. Essential Oils.

Cire Trudon; Spiritus Sancti - Aldehydes & Lily of the Valley
Delicious, darling. My humble abode feels like hallowed ground when this candle is lit. I know it is expensive but you get the craftsmanship for your coin. Cannot fault it. You can smell it even when its not lit from about a metres distance. Living for it. Yassss.

Beautiful
Beautifully packaged with a luxurious green glass container, with an embossed gold front. The smell is divine, as you would expect from the name, Spiritus Santi.
