Really good
I only gave 5 starts as it's a stronger strength than my skin can take so I am just building the tolerance up. Otherwise was great when I used it and helps plump the skin slightly. Really good retinoid and would recommend.Â

Great for the skin
Started using this a while ago after the original retinol seemed a bit too drying for my skin. No problems with this retinoid, my skin looks great and has no irritation.

Normally retinol dries out my skin but this one is perfect as it actually moisturises my skin!!

Review for THE ORDINARY GRANACTIVE RETINOID SERUM 5% IN SQUALANE 30ML
This is my favourite retinoid serum as it leaves my skin brighter, clearer and healthier looking, it also helps reduce fine lines and pigmentation. The Ordinary products are also so reasonably priced too. I've repurchased this product many times and will continue to do so. 100% recommended.

A bit too oily
Bit too greasy. Didn’t really see much of a difference. Seemed like I had more blackheads due to using it during these past few weeks of warmer weather. Saying this though I must point out that I used to be a regular user of The Ordinary products and in general they are great for the maintenance of skin while younger. I am now 51 and going through the menopause and so I need something a bit more stronger.Â

Great
Noticed a huge improvement in skin texture within a few days. Minor break outs, but just reduced the frequency. Doesn’t dehydrate skin like some retinolsÂ

Good Value
This is a great option if you just started to use retinol. One thing only is that you cannot use it too often, or it can irritate the skin.
