Shake to activate the bi-phase formula. Saturate a cotton pad and sweep over the eye area to remove makeup.

I found this product fairly useless for removing eye make up. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Disappointing
I don't have too sensitive eyes but this product burned. On top of this, it does not remove even usual, not water-proof makeup. Not worth the money.
