Powered by a twin encapsulation technology of retinaldehyde (AKA an ultra-slow release, gradient effect of retinal), this treatment works both effectively and gently to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles, uneven skin tone and loss of firmness. It's also enriched with a cocktail of skin-loving ingredients, starring soothing chamomile extract, plumping hyaluronic acid and barrier-boosting ceramides. The result? Come morning your under-eyes will look brighter, smoother, less puffy and more awake.
After cleansing in the evening, apply around the eye area, avoiding eyelids.
Application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. You should always use a sunscreen in the morning while using vitamin A.

Slowly but surely
I have used the retinal products from the brand for quite a while now, and by working up the retinal strength ladder step by step (as recommended), I am seeing visible results in terms of texture around the eye area. A little tube like this can last a long while as you only need a tiny bit - this is definitely an investment worth making.

Good but overpriced
It's a nice cream but honestly it's so expensive for what it is. I haven't seen any improvements yet.

Nice eye cream
Too soon to say how effective this is as it’s a retinoid so you need weeks or months. However this is strong and it’s not causing irritation so that’s great news.Â

I love this!
Switched from retinol as it irritated the skin under my eyes. This is so lovely, it hasn’t once irritated my skin and it lasts absolutely ages. I still have it in 2024

it is not that hydrating and it is a good cream. I am counting on the long term benefits cause short term I cannot really say much other than it is a good eye cream. the formula is indeed amazing.

It works
I'm a big fan of Medik8 and have been using their crystal retinal on my face. Could not not try the eye cream when it came our and it has not disappointed. Very well formulated, I have seen a difference already on my undereyes. Smoother skin without any irritation. Worth the money

CRYSTAL RETINAL CERAMIDE EYE 10
I have used Medik8 Crystal Retinal 20 so I contacted Medik8 and they said that I could start on the Crystal Retinal 10 Eye Cream as long as I phased it in gradually. I have used it at night one to two times a week and have not experienced any irritation whatsoever. Althouth it is early days to see any significant changes in wrinkles / dark circles etc, it is a lovely comfortable hydrating eye cream and I have confidence that in time this eye cream will deliver given that Medik8 is such a great brand.
