PaperBackWriterBeautiful, youthful Skin in a tubeFairly new to this incarnation of the moisture tint even though it precedes the Matte version which was the first I tried. To be honest, I would not have thought to have purchased had it not been given to me as a sample with my order. I tried both the Opal and the Pearl and found the former to be better suited to my pale NC20 skin with yellow undertones.
The finish is not as opaque as the Matte version and so may not be for anyone who is looking for fuller coverage (although Jouer's concealer is also excellent). What it does give you is a wonderfully youthful look to the skin - not greasy, just as though you've had a good night's sleep and lost a few years into the bargain!
My perfect solution is to mix both the matte version and this to create the best of both worlds but at the end of the day choose this if your skin is on the drier/normal side and you want a sheer-ish product with a dewier finish. -
Pontefract, GBChristineBrilliantThis is a brilliant product far superior to anything else I have used and great personal service from the cult sales team.

larisa, GRFairy{oo}MaryFall in loveI tried the jouer minis in pearl and loved them...Totally must have foundation. For a smooth and glowy face....I stick with them, so i ordered full size in Golden this time, pearl was a bit light for me I guess.... I'll update about the golden color....I'm waiting for it this week. Definitively worth a try......and then fall in love!!

DodoFinally found foundation loveI tend to avoid shimmering base products for fear that it will emphasise the occasional blemishes or breakouts that I have. I have fairly light/pale skin thus imperfections are quite prominent on my skin. I have tested Stila's and Laura Mercier's illuminating TMs in the past and was not impressed mainly because of the formula. Both Stila and LM broke out my sensitive skin.
I chanced upon the Jouer luminizing moisture tint when browsing through samples sent to me with my Cult Beauty order. I immediately tore a packet of the sample, tested it for a day and was practically sold. I sent an email to their customer service department inquiring about this product and received a lovely reply from co-founder Alexia Inge. This TM claims to be oil free, water resistant and hypoallergenic. For someone constantly on the go with very little time for makeup this sounded like the perfect product for me.
I ordered the shade "Opal" which is spot on for my NC20 skin. I can also get away with "Pearl"(a shade darker) as the coverage is quite sheer but Pearl carries a slightly more golden undertone which I expect would be great with a tan. Although this is marketed as a luminizing tint, there is no noticeable shimmer or glitter once applied on the skin. It just makes your skin look healthy and glowy which is always a good thing. This has not irritated my sensitive skin so far and washes off easily with your regular cleanser. I slap it on in the morning before work and at the end of the day my skin still looks decent bearing it mind I do set it with a light dusting of loose powder. I have tried applying it sans powder and it leaves a non greasy semi matte finish which is just as lovely for the weekend or lazy days. -
